CARTOON: “HAPPY FEET” 12th July ("Parko Falirou" park)

The Emperor Penguins are born with a gift; singing. However, this does not apply to Little Mumble, who has a terrible singing voice. However, Mumble has an astute talent for something that none of the penguins had ever seen before: tap dancing. Since this is not right and proper for an Emperor Penguin, the stem leader of Emperor Land casts him out of the community. Mumble’s journey around the frozen world of the Antarctica starts. During this journey he comes across the penguins Adelie-Amigos. The counsel of Lovelace the Guru, a crazy-feathered Rockhopper penguin becomes his friend and with the help of his new friends he realizes that you can achieve everything in the world by being yourself.

CHILDREN’S FILM “THE FOX AND THE CHILD” 13th July (Open-air cinema ZEPHYROS)

The creator of “The Emperor’s journey” invites us on a new journey, opening to us a secret door to wild nature, trying to redefine the lost bond between man and animals. After many fears and hesitations the moment comes when we see a little girl through the eyes of a fox and a fox through the eyes of a girl. A mutual glance in love leads to a utopian friendship, reflecting man’s relationship with nature and animals. “The fox and the child” was being shot for two years by Luc Jacquet , but it was worth the trouble.
